At just 11, an unintended lockout led me to a friend's piano and my first encounter with Beethoven's Fur Elise. I was entranced and pleaded with my mother for lessons. Despite being a single parent of four and a recent immigrant from El Salvador, she worked relentlessly to provide me with the musical education I longed for. What started as a serendipitous moment has grown into a lifelong passion. Through music, I've found expression, discipline, connection, and purpose. It's a joy to share this passion with you.
